男主角“濑能名津流”是个就读星铁学园的男高中生，某天起床后在镜前赫然发现自己变成了女生。还不明不白地被逼参加与众多超级美少女互相撕杀的战斗，在“内脏玩偶”切腹虎的告知下，了解自己为何被选为肯普法战士。对未来一无所知的濑能从此便卷入了及其它肯普法战士的战斗中。并与她们美嶋红音、三乡雫、近堂水琴、沙仓枫四个美女发展出纠缠不清的关系。
